Orders via our Store

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We collect and store information about you when you submit an email or newsletter subscription form on our website. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, your email address, and any additional details that may be requested from you.

Our service partners

We may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data:

  • Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.
  • Google LLC, which provides our email service. We also use Google Analytics service to measure the performance of this website and their Gmail service.
  • Bluehost.com – Endurance International Group, the company that hosts this website.
  • PayPal Inc., an online payment system requiring the customer to have a PayPal account. Read their privacy policy.
  • Automattic, Inc., whose WordPress software (and associated add-ons) we use to manage the content of this website.

We will not share your personal information with any other third-party unless we have your permission or the law requires us to.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Payment and Contact Form data are also retained indefinitely. This allows us to ensure we are providing you with the correct products and are able to review the history of any support tickets you may have participated in.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have made purchases, created (or replied to) a contact form, or left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
