Sports Massage is a great pre or post athletic event exercise. It can involve stretching and incorporate some Shiatsu. Pre event is all about the blood flow and shaking along with fast strokes. Its a workout for both of us! Post event is all about the relax and cool down. Ice can be applied or heat depending on type of event. K Tape can be used pre event to prevent injury or post to help bruising and support a muscle group during cool down.
